PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE IN THEIR ENTIRETY. BY ACCESSING, USING, SUBSCRIBING TO, OR REGISTERING FOR HUSKI STUDIO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND SIGNIFY ELECTRONICALLY THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING TERMS (THE “AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF USE”); (2) YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT; AND (3) YOU AGREE TO ITS TERMS.

These Terms of Use govern your use of Huski Studio, including the HuskiStudio.com website, its creative tools, AI generation features, and any content, submissions and purchases you make through them (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Huski Inc., a Delaware corporation, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #2231, Newark, Delaware 19702, USA (“Huski,” “we” or “us”). “You” means the person agreeing to these Terms, or the entity on whose behalf that person is acting.
We may change these Terms at any time by giving you 14 days’ notice. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the Service before it takes effect. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature, tool, AI model, or offering in the Service at any time and without notice. The underlying AI models we use may change over time, and the same input may produce different results on different occasions.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. We will open an account for you when you sign up. You must provide complete and accurate registration information, including accurate and up-to-date billing information where applicable, and keep it current.
You represent and warrant that: (1) you have the full power, authority and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and perform its obligations; (2) if you register on behalf of a company, studio or other entity, you have authority to bind it; and (3) all information you provide is true and current.
How we collect, use and share information about you, the cookies we set, and the choices you have are described in the Huski Studio Privacy Policy at HuskiStudio.com/privacy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the Service you consent to the practices it describes.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including all legal liability arising from use of your account by you or anyone else. You may not share your account or disclose your password to others, and you must keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at support@huskistudio.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Individual subscriptions are for a single user only.
Inputs. “Inputs” means anything you upload, type or submit to the Service, including scripts, stories, prompts, images, video, audio, voice recordings, character designs and reference material. You retain all rights you already hold in your Inputs. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents and releases needed to submit your Inputs and to let us process them as described in these Terms.
Outputs. “Outputs” means the scripts, shot lists, images, video clips, audio, films and other material the Service generates in response to your Inputs. As between you and Huski, and to the extent permitted by law, you own your Outputs, and we assign to you any right, title and interest we may have in them. You may use your Outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan.
Limits on ownership. AI-generated material may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions, and Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any Output is unique, original, registrable or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing your Outputs, and for clearing any trademarks, copyrights, likenesses, music or other third-party rights before you publish or commercially exploit them.
License to us. You grant Huski a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, provide, secure and support the Service for you. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models without your consent. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in routine backups or as required by law.
Showcase. If you choose to publish an Output to a public gallery, community page or similar feature, or tag @HuskiStudio, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share and promote that Output, with credit to you where practical, on HuskiStudio.com and Huski’s social media channels. You may ask us to remove it at any time by contacting support@huskistudio.com.
You may tell stories about real people, including historical and public figures. You may not use the Service to reproduce a real person’s face, body or voice without their permission. If you upload a photo, video or voice recording of a real person, or ask the Service to recreate a specific real person’s likeness or voice, you represent that you have their written consent (for a minor, a parent’s or guardian’s) for that use. Content that depicts real people in a false, misleading, defamatory, sexual or harmful way is prohibited regardless of consent.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them without any obligation or payment to you.
You may not use the Service, or any Inputs or Outputs, in any way that:
We may review, block, remove or refuse to generate any content, and may suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe this section has been violated. Automated safety filters may also block certain requests; credits used on blocked generations may not be refunded.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to this Agreement. Except for your Inputs and Outputs, all rights, title and interest in the Service — including its software, AI pipelines, camera-control and editing tools, templates, presets, interface, designs, and the Huski Studio name and logo (collectively, “Huski Materials”) — are and remain the exclusive property of Huski Inc. and its licensors.
You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, modify or create derivative works of the Huski Materials; use them to build a competing product; or use any Huski trademark without our prior written consent.
Some features of the Service are powered by AI models from the third-party providers below. When you use those features, you also agree to follow that provider’s acceptable-use policies; where they are stricter than these Terms, the stricter rule applies. We are not responsible for delays, outages or quality changes caused by those providers.
We may add or replace providers; this list shows the ones we use now.
You agree to pay the fees for the plans, credits and purchases you choose. We will disclose prices and payment terms at the time of purchase. Some features consume generation credits; credit amounts, expiration and rollover rules are described on the pricing page. If we raise your plan’s price or reduce the credits it includes, we will email you at least 14 days in advance, and the change will apply from your first renewal after those 14 days, so you can cancel before it affects you. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire when your account is closed.
Paid plans renew automatically every month, and we charge your plan’s price at each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in My Account with “Cancel plan”. Your plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged for it again.
You must give us accurate billing and payment information and keep it current. By making a purchase or using a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your designated payment method for all amounts due. YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD FOR ALL AMOUNTS DUE, INCLUDING EACH RENEWAL, WITHOUT FURTHER CONSENT, unless otherwise required by law. If payment fails, you agree to pay all amounts due on demand. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Your electronic purchase submissions constitute your agreement to pay for those purchases.
Because generated content is delivered digitally and generation consumes computing resources immediately, all fees and used credits are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase. We may, at our discretion, restore credits for generations that failed due to a technical error on our side.
You must notify us of any billing problem or discrepancy within 60 days after it first appears on your statement. If you do not, you waive the right to dispute it.
We provide the Service “as is,” “with all faults” and “as available.” YOUR USE OF HUSKI STUDIO IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE AND ANY OUTPUTS ARE MERCHANTABLE, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, ACCURATE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TIMELY, RELIABLE OR NON-INFRINGING, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES, BUGS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE, UNEXPECTED OR OFFENSIVE, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR CREATIVE OR COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE SERVICE AT TIMES OR LOCATIONS OF YOUR CHOOSING, OR THAT YOUR PROJECTS AND FILES WILL BE STORED WITHOUT LOSS; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR OWN COPIES. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY OUR REPRESENTATIVES CREATES A WARRANTY.
Nothing in the Service is legal advice, including any guidance on rights clearance, and Huski disclaims all liability for decisions you make in reliance on it.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR PROJECTS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF WE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE A STATE OR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW THESE EXCLUSIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) US $100.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at copyright@huskistudio.com or by mail to Huski Inc., Attn: Copyright Agent, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #2231, Newark, Delaware 19702, USA, including: your contact information; a description of the copyrighted work; the location of the allegedly infringing material; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove infringing material where appropriate and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
If we remove or disable your content in response to a notice, we will tell you. If you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent at copyright@huskistudio.com or the postal address above, including: your name, address and telephone number; identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Huski may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or their agent; and your physical or electronic signature. We will send a copy of your counter-notice to the person who sent the notice, and we will restore the material no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we receive it, unless that person first tells us they have filed a court action seeking to stop you from infringing the copyright.
The Service may link to, or integrate with, third-party websites, platforms and AI providers, such as social media sites where you publish your Outputs. These are provided only as a convenience and do not imply endorsement. Huski is not responsible for the availability, content, terms or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We may cancel or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of Section 9. You may close your account at any time. When your access ends, your right to use the Service ends; you should download any Outputs you wish to keep before then, as we may delete your content after a reasonable period. Sections 6 (Outputs and limits on ownership), 10, 13–16, 20 and 21 survive termination. We may cooperate with legal authorities and third parties investigating any suspected crime or civil wrong.
Upon our request, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Huski Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective employees, attorneys, contractors, vendors, suppliers, licensors, successors and assigns from any claims, damages, causes of action, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and expenses arising directly or indirectly from: (1) your actual or alleged breach of these Terms; (2) any allegation that your Inputs, or your use or publication of your Outputs, infringe, misappropriate or violate any intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other right of any party; and/or (3) your activities or omissions in connection with the Service. We may, at our own expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any such matter, and you will cooperate with us.
Electronic contracting and notices. Registering for the Service or making a purchase constitutes your electronic signature to this Agreement and your consent to contract with us electronically. We may send notices, disclosures and other communications (“Notices”) to the email address you gave us or by posting them on HuskiStudio.com. A Notice is effective when sent, whether or not you read it. You can withdraw consent to electronic Notices by closing your account. All contracts completed electronically are deemed to be in writing and enforceable as a signed writing.
Entire agreement. This Agreement, the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, policies and guidelines posted on HuskiStudio.com are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any part is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent as nearly as possible, and the rest remains in full effect.
Governing law and disputes. The laws of the State of California govern this Agreement and any claim or dispute between you and us, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to personal and subject-matter jurisdiction there.
Assignment. We may assign this Agreement at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, without notice to you. You may not assign it without our written consent.
California users. Under California Civil Code §1789.3, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by calling (800) 952-5210.
