Huski Studio is run by Huski Inc ("we", "us"). It builds tools that help creators turn stories into film. This page describes the information we collect when you use the app at huskistudio.com and how we use it.
Strictly necessary. We set one HttpOnly session cookie (aimd_auth) when you sign in. It identifies your account for the duration of the session and is required for the app to function. You cannot opt out of this cookie; declining consent only prevents optional cookies below.
Optional. With your consent we may set additional cookies for product analytics and diagnostic purposes. These are never set unless you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. One of them (aimd_attr, 30 days) remembers how you first reached the site — the referring site, any campaign tags on the link, and which of our pages you landed on; not the page you came from — so that, if you sign up, we know which of our channels brought you. It is read once at signup; when you then sign up or sign in from that browser the cookie is replaced by a marker that carries no data and expires after 30 days.
Google Analytics. Also only with your consent, we load Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*, up to two years). Google receives your IP address, your browser and device details, the site you came from, any campaign tags on the link, and which kind of page you open (for a tutorial, which article). We replace project and clip ids in the address with a placeholder before it is sent, and we do not send your account details or your content. It does not report from the password-reset and email-verification pages. If you decline, it is never loaded; if you withdraw consent later, it stops sending and we remove its cookies from your browser as far as the browser allows.
TikTok Pixel. Also only with your consent, we load the TikTok Pixel, an advertising tool from TikTok, to measure how well our TikTok ads work: whether someone who saw or clicked an ad later visited our site, which pages they opened, signed in or bought a plan or top-up. It runs only on our public pages (the home page, tutorials, the festival calendar, this page, and the sign-in and sign-up pages) and on two pages inside the app: your projects list and your account page, where plans and top-ups are bought. On those two it also tells TikTok that you signed in, or that a purchase was completed and whether it was a plan (and which) or a top-up, without the amount. It is paused on every other page in the app and sends nothing from them. It sets its own cookies (_ttp and _tt_enable_cookie, up to 13 months). TikTok receives your IP address, your browser and device details, the address of each of those pages you open and the site you came from, and the cookie identifiers it set; TikTok may combine this with information it holds about you if you have a TikTok account, as described in TikTok's privacy policy. We do not send your name, email address, payment details or your content. It does not report from the password-reset and email-verification pages. If you decline, it is never loaded; if you withdraw consent later, it stops sending, and we remove its cookies from your browser as far as the browser allows.
Meta Pixel and X conversion tracking. Also only with your consent, and on the same pages as the TikTok Pixel and nowhere else, we load the Meta Pixel (from Meta, for our Facebook and Instagram ads) and X's conversion tracking (from X, for our ads on X) to measure how well those ads work. The Meta Pixel also tells Meta that you signed in, or that a purchase was completed and whether it was a plan (and which) or a top-up, without the amount; X is told only which of those pages you opened. The Meta Pixel sets _fbp (and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad), for 90 days, and keeps the site you last arrived from in your browser's storage; X sets _twpid, _twsid (and _twclid when you arrive from an X ad), for up to 13 months. Meta and X each receive your IP address, your browser and device details, the address of each of those pages you open and the site you came from, and the identifiers they set, and may combine this with information they hold about you if you have an account with them, as described in Meta's privacy policy and X's privacy policy. We turn off their automatic collection (button clicks, form fields and page details), and we do not send your name, email address, payment details or your content. If you decline, neither is loaded; if you withdraw consent later, they stop sending, and we remove their cookies and stored data from your browser as far as the browser allows.
Cookieless traffic counting. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, referrers and pages in aggregate. It sets no cookie and stores no identifier for you, so it runs whether or not you accept optional cookies.
Your account email and hashed password are stored in our database. Projects you create (story text, characters, shot lists, generated images, audio, and video) are stored under your account and are private to you. We do not share project content with third parties except the AI providers required to process each pipeline stage: Anthropic, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Google, OpenAI, ThankYou AI, Token360, World Labs, xAI and Zillion Network. Section 11 of our Terms of Use says what each one does. Reference-image search sends the search terms to Google, Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay, and sound-effect search runs on Pinecone, which receives your search text and the titles, prompts and tags of the sound effects you save. If you accept optional cookies, the browsing information described above for Google Analytics, the TikTok Pixel, the Meta Pixel and X's conversion tracking is shared with those companies for analytics and ad measurement. If you signed up after accepting cookies, the referring site and campaign tags recorded on your first visit, and which of our pages you first landed on, are kept with your account, so we know which of our channels brought you.
